Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Execution Coach mobile application (“App”) provided by Execution Coach (“we”, “our”, “us”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the App. Account creation is available via Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 12 years old to use the App.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • The App offers a free trial period of 7 days with full access to all features
  • After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using Pro features: EUR 3.99/week or EUR 99.99/year
  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can cancel anytime via your Apple ID settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions)
  • Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy
  • Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Abuse the AI coaching feature or attempt to extract the underlying AI models
  • Harass other users in squad sprints
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or referral programs
  • Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App

5. AI Features Disclaimer

The App uses artificial intelligence for day plan generation and coaching (via Jolt, our AI coach). AI-generated plans and coaching advice are suggestions only. The AI is not a licensed therapist, medical professional, or financial advisor. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from following AI-generated suggestions. AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete.

6. Health Data Disclaimer

The App's stress detection feature uses Apple HealthKit data (heart rate and HRV) processed entirely on your device. This feature is informational only and does not constitute medical advice. The breathing exercise feature is for general wellness purposes. If you experience health concerns, consult a medical professional.

7. Calendar Integration

With your permission, the App reads your calendar events to generate optimized day plans and can write your plan back to a dedicated calendar. We are not responsible for any issues arising from calendar synchronization.

8. Squad Sprints & Accountability Stakes

Squad sprints may involve voluntary accountability stakes (financial commitments between participants). These are peer-to-peer commitments and are not managed, processed, or enforced by us. We are not responsible for any financial arrangements, disputes, or losses between sprint participants.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your personal data, tasks, plans, and content remain yours. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content as needed to provide the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Profile > Data & Privacy > Delete My Account. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy. Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately via Apple ID settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
